This is not an error, but I had to dismiss it three times during an Acrobat update.
Save for Web Result
Submitted by Christopher Griffiths, who says “Photoshop CS3 crashed while I was attempting to do ‘Save for Web.’ I got the spinning marble of doom and after five minutes it became clear that it wasn’t one of those times when Photoshop just grinds to a halt and eventually kicks back into action. When I reloaded Photoshop, I discovered that it had eaten my file. This is the result. First time (and hopefully last) this has ever happened.”
