I tried to open a Photoshop file.
Submitted by Eddie Hillenbrand who says, “Photoshop was in the background doing nothing when I noticed the Dock icon bouncing. AFAIK I didn’t request anything.”
Submitted by Tal Leming who says, “Occasionally, I’ll try to open an InDesign file and I’m presented with this dialog. It tells me that an alert is preventing me from opening a file, but it is the only alert in the application. So, I’m guessing that the alert announcing that an alert is preventing me from opening a file is actually the alert that is preventing me from opening a file. I think this is how black holes are formed.”
Submitted by Rob Alan who says, “Adobe Updater wants other unnamed apps to stop doing unspecified things. Don’t worry though—an ‘App Shutdown Title’ is apparently supposed to appear (never did for me).”
Submitted by Jon Deal who says, “Sure, no one in their right mind would want to output 27 individual spot color plates, especially in a document with transparency, but I do have a printer that prints in CMYK and does that conversion automatically.”
Submitted by Scott Olson who says “I thought inserting the install disc would prompt an uninstall option for CS3 Web Premium. It did not, but the resulting error message is amusing.”
